Patagonia responded well, and we will briefly summarize the repair process and precautions in this article.

I did not have a receipt or receipt because I received a base layer that was given to me.
But I just brought the product to the cashier at the company-owned store and they handled the repair.
Since repairs can be made on items that were given to you, even items bought through online auctions can be repaired for a fee.

If there’s a hole, get to it ASAP!
In my case, there was a hole in the sleeve part of the base layer.
They are going to repair it by applying a cloth, but the price seems to vary depending on the size of the cloth used.
The photo says (10 x 10 cm).
This is the size of the application cloth, and the smallest is 10 cm square.
The more holes that are repaired or the larger the size of the hole, the larger the fabric used to cover the hole and the higher the repair cost.
If a hole appears, send it in for repair before it gets bigger.

The shipping cost should be quoted to you at the time of the estimate, so you can compare it to the cost of transportation before making a decision.

And the return date is not until 2022/05/23.
The repair will probably be completed a little sooner, but you should expect it to take about two and a half months to complete.
